For whatever reason, I tried 144fps x8 msaa again, and it gave me a static image of the rain drops wallpaper with the text 'WebGL not supported on this browser.' After I went back to factory settings, I never saw this screen again. In the "431960" folder you will find more numbered folders, these are the workshop IDs and they contain all the videos, simply look for the broken ones in there and see if you can play them with Windows Media Player. I tried putting everything to default values, restarting computer, reinstalling the program.

If you have installed Steam in a different place, the location may differ but the last part will always be the same. The workshop videos are in this folder:Ĭ:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\431960 If the videos do not work with Windows Media Player, something is definitely wrong with your general Windows setup. If the steps above do not solve this issue, you can try and play the workshop videos manually with Windows Media Player (it's important you use Windows Media Player and no other software).
#WALLPAPER ENGINE WEB WALLPAPER NOT WORKING 64 BIT#
Unfortunately that's rather inconclusive, could you also paste the main Wallpaper Engine log file to pastebin and share the link here? It's located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\wallpaper_engine\log.txt" (your Steam directory may be in a different place if you have installed it elsewhere.)Ĭan you completely close Wallpaper Engine (right-click on Wallpaper Engine in the tray and click on "Quit") and afterwards right-click on Wallpaper Engine in Steam and there on "Launch Wallpaper Engine 64-Bit"? Make that Wallpaper Engine is definitely not running anymore before launching the 64 Bit version, otherwise it will simply re-open the 32 Bit version.
