this is because I have a fairly generous load order of mods on Skyrim Special Edition, and every time our lord and savior /s Todd Howard decides we -don't- have enough CC content and adds another update, that ♥♥♥♥ automaticaly downloads into my machine, and causes conflicts with SKSE and other mods. I play with steam -OFFLINE- almost constantly.
